Exploring Wisconsin's State Natural Areas | Environment
The Wisconsin DNR produced this video about State Natural Areas. The DNR says SNA's protect the best remaining examples of Wisconsin's native landscapes -- its prairies, forests, and wetlands -- and habitat for rare plants and animals. They are open to the public for a variety of uses, including hiking, nature study, hunting and fishing. For more information, visit http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/lands/naturalareas.
