Ashland Winter Parking Rules Take Effect | Transportation

Winter parking rules are now in effect for the City of Ashland.

Under the winter parking ordinance, no parking is allowed on any residential street or avenue between Midnight and 6 a.m.

Odd-even parking is allowed between 6 a.m. and Midnight.  Parking is allowed on the odd-numbered side of streets and avenues on odd-numberd days and on the even-numbered sides of streets and avenues on even-numbered days.

In the downtown area, the ban on parking between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. continues for the area between and including Lake Shore Drive, Main Street and Third Street between 14th Avenue West and Stuntz Avenue.
